We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work as part of our team to provide a high-quality Lunchtime service to our tenants, staff and users of the building and a great food provision to young people during evening session. We aren’t in to fast food so need you to be supportive of a healthy menu. Read more

Our History

The Pump, formerly known as the Shard End Community Building Project (SECBP), is the realisation of a vision of HRH The Prince of Wales, who wanted to create an outstanding building which would not only act as a focus and inspiration for the personal development of young people, but would also be designed and built by young people. Read more

Our Plan

This plan sets out the ways in which our aims will be achieved, with clear actions and performance targets which all stakeholders can buy into. Some areas are already being actioned and there is a requirement to secure set-up funding for further changes, but the aim of longer-term self-sufficiency is key. Read more
